Hello my beauties I hope your having a wonderful week and taking good care of yourselves. Today I will be talking about an issue that many people including myself, take for granted and that's rest and relaxation. Not only is rest and relaxation a very important part of your beauty regiment but its important for your health. When we sleep our bodies get a change to recharge for the next day. This helps your body deal with stress. Stress is a normal physical response to events that make us feel threatened or upset our balance in some way.
But if we do not give ourselves time to rest or destress as needed it can cause a lot of problems for example stress lines on your face, having a heart attacks, having a stroke, etc. We all need something that makes us totally relax to regain that balance we all need. Your time to yourself can be reading a good book or a long hot bubble bath or swimming, there are many options. You simply have to make the time to find what works for you. Something that you can do every week that helps you to remember why you work so hard. You will be surprised at how much younger you will look and feel after just a month of your weekly relaxation. You have to treat yourself better than anyone else does so you will know what works for you. Remember my beauties to love and pamper yourselves every week to destress and regain your balance.
