Hello my beauties I hope you had a wonderful week, today I'll be talking about protecting yourself this summer. There will be a lot of vacation trips taken and I just want to remind you to wear some type of sun screen. The summer can be your friend or your enemy it's totally up to you. The sun gives off a great amount of vitamin D which is very good for you. Vitamin D is a group of fat-soluble secosteroids responsible for enhancing intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate. You can actually feel a difference when you get vitamin D it gives you energy. But the sun can also hurt your if your not protected. The UV rays form the sun can burn your screen, especially when your at the beach or out with the kids. The sun can dry out your skin and cause you to age faster. No one wants to look older than they just because they like to go to the beach. So get a sun screen for those day when your in the sun and also start a routine of moisturizing your skin at night to keep the elasticity in your skin. Remember my beauties take care of yourselves and you will be a better person for those around you who depend on you.
